[PS4] Trigger Lock, Cannot Fire Sniper Rifles or RORSCH MK-1?

For the last 2 months Ive had problems with Sniper Rifles not firing properly. I hit my trigger/shoot button and nothing happens, I'll try again and thenIt will do it but theres a delay. Happens ever...

You're not the only one. Mines won't fire either. I did everything possible too. I even deleted all my data and reinstall it (which was a dumb thing to do) since it didn't help at all. Thought the problem was that since I maxed out my srr-61 I couldn't use it, but if is so then it really sucks.
