[PS4] Trigger Lock, Cannot Fire Sniper Rifles or RORSCH MK-1?

For the last 2 months Ive had problems with Sniper Rifles not firing properly. I hit my trigger/shoot button and nothing happens, I'll try again and thenIt will do it but theres a delay. Happens ever...

If you want people on the same platform who might be able to help to go in here and actually help I would recommend changing the title so you add a platform tag. This post from the "read first" section explains how:
