[PS4] Trigger Lock, Cannot Fire Sniper Rifles or RORSCH MK-1?

For the last 2 months Ive had problems with Sniper Rifles not firing properly. I hit my trigger/shoot button and nothing happens, I'll try again and thenIt will do it but theres a delay. Happens ever...

I have same problem but with only 3 elements:

SRR-61
M98B
Rorsch Mk1

Very odd, happened after 3 patch was applied, and still there to this day - very anoying as cant use any of these three. Sometimes i can quick-scope fire on them but even that it intermittant.

Have tried reinstall of entire game (14hours) to no avail.

So for me just these three snipers WONT fire.
