[PS4]Can't connect to EA online for Battlefield 1

I bought the Battlefield 1 revolution and I also played online for a few days 3 or 4 maybe and then I can no longer connect to ea online....I have Battlefield 4 also but I can play online and connect ...

What´s the exact error message you´re getting when you try to play?

Have you been banned or does your PSN account have underage restrictions?

Nope I haven't been banned but just to be sure if there is a way to check that if you are banned please tell me. And no there is no underage restruction on my PSN account.
