- CombatEX11 years agoSeasoned NoviceDon't get me wrong I really do appreciate your efforts in trying to help me but at this point is 2.99$ worth wasting my time going through their customer support? Again thx for trying to pull out plausible solutions and directions as to where I should present my case but I just want what I paid for. It didn't seem hard to make a system to take my money (litteraly took 3min to purchase 2 items, why couldn't they just focus on a system that delivers the product as efficiently as it was in taking my currency?
Again.... Nothing against you and I do appreciate the help. I will personally upvote your reply after this post but you seem like a logical person, do I not make sense?
It just saddens me on how EA manages to just sink further and further in my eyes everytime I try something from them. Overall though, I love the game. Haven't touched BF since BF2 on the PC. Played every single one of em prior also. I've been testing out every ps4 game available and boy did this one bring alot of good memories. Anyways I'll stop rambling on, but do believe I'm entitled to. After all, they are holding my life savings you know :P.- 11 years ago
i agree with you. but id strongly suggest you contact them for 2 reasons. 1. you invested money towards something you didnt receive whether it cost you a penny you are entitled for what you pay for 2. there may be an issue in their digital distribution and you would be addressing the situation with an actual ea rep instead of a person like me who can only offer you suggestions and isnt affiliated with ea. i can also understand your frustration towards their services too im in the same boat as you in a way i have a server i cant touch and is on hold because of an issue on their end.
- CombatEX11 years agoSeasoned NoviceSadly I do not have an infinite amount of free time in my busy schedule so losing wasting time on this would further make my losses bigger than it actually is right now. We'll see if I can find a hole of spare time to phone but I highly doubt it. I can barely manage to play more than an hour as it is, I really don't appreciate or feel like wasting it for 2.99$. If you go back in time a few decades ago, I would of gone ape **bleep** on them. Hopefully, I'm secretly wishing someone will see this post that had the actual power to do something in the background and fix this without me having to take time off from work for this.
I'm not holding my hopes up nor my breath. Anyways, bed time time for me. Pulling 12hour shifts this weekend and I just finished squeezing in my 2hours of gaming time. Thx for your concerns and your A+ attitude.
