Yes I changed to PS4 account when it was released. I was using it on my PS4 last year.
@cab54a1dfbb3ae38 If it's the exact same account you're using rather than a different one and everything is still linked in your EA Account, you'll probably need to get in touch with EA Help so they can take a look.
