Punk buster

Hi there, I just bought BF3 Limited Edition with Premium yesterday for PC and I haven't had the chance to even play it once online because I keep getting an error with Punk Buster, it keeps saying:

Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster kicked player 'Bambi_Bonker' (for 0 minutes) ... RESTRICTION: Service Communication Failure: PnkBstrA.exe

What does this mean? I have reinstalled pb at least 8times and it just doesn't change.

Follow this steps:
1. Download pbsetup.exe
2. Run pbsetup.exe
3. When finished, the window that turns out supposed to be like this one one bottom: http://www.evenbalance.com/?page=pbsetup.php
4.Press button Add a Game
5. Then choose your game. In this case it's Battlefield 3.
6. Mark Battlefield 3 by pressing on it's title.
7. Press button Check For Updates.
8.Wait till finished.
That's how I fixed it, it's same with PnKBstrB.exe
