Punkbuster ban Error, EvenBalance doesn't respond?!

Hi, somebody requested a password reset, so I did it, and after that, the past three days I have been banned on Battlefield 4, (I think?) and I called someone at EA and they helped me determine that ...

It will take more than a day. It's summer, so I won't even guess how long it will take but it will take longer than a day, probably quite a bit longer.

    2023. Im applied many times to even balance. Their * punkbuster bunned me for no reason at 2017, and since then I'm not able to play BF4. 

    I'm frustrated and mad with punk buster
