It usually happens while a program (External programs, Mouse Macros or something like that) is trying to change BF4.exe file's DNA.
Could you send us your taskmgr.exe's screenshot when bf4.exe launched ? I need to know all active tasks (desktop tasks and background tasks) on your computer.
But firstly, read & try @2042isNotBF ' s advice.

Tested this one already and it still crashed, although experience seems to like to turn itself back on after a while, so i'm going to uninstall it and test again
@DigitalPrintZ, Steam never has given me issues and I am thinking this has to do with a program on your PC. I never install GeForce Experience as I look at it like a junk program the video card driver installs if you allow it. I always pick advanced settings and only allow the video card driver to install two things. One the video card driver and second PhysX System they can keep the rest :] Good luck keep me posted.
Yeah, I haven't had it happen yet, but it usually took a game or two before it kicked me before, so... I'm still seeing.
