Punkbuster still kick me out without any cheat tool

Nope, still got kick by punkbuster, I think theres something wrong with the account not some software running in background, but contact the EA say that theres no problem on ban
I even try to login and play on my friend's PC still got kicked but my friend's account doesnt get kick without updating or installing the new pbsetup
Send a ticket to evenbalance still no response
Im having the same issues as well, Ive tried uninstalling/reinstalling about 5 times now and even ran the tests, which gave the prompt "ran successfully without errors", but still get kicked within the first 5 mins after joining the match
I contacted ea support chat and they basically off loaded the responsibility by telling me to contact punkbuster support. Honestly this is ridiculous, a 7 year old game shouldnt have silly issues like this to this day
Hope EA actually fix their game for once
