go to the above and download pbsvc
run it, select repair
let it finish, job done.
this worked for me playing bf3 tonight 31st july. after i got kicked with a white screen and server message saying pb kicked me.
Was having problems with Bad Company 2 (yes, I still play that game) and this worked for me.
