punkbuster will not download. it says Application not found

I need punkbuster for the game. But when I try to download it I get a message that says: Application Not Found. I have contacted PB support two weeks ago and again four days ago but no response. can ...

    @ORCBREATH1 it can be that some files are missing... try to rapair Bf3 or reinstall it with PB.

I followed this to a T, twice and it ran successfully both times. But when I tried to download PB I got the same message.
