Purchasing for another user

I'd like to purchase this for another user. Since it's a download upon purchase deal, how do I go about this?

    I take it you wish to buy the PC version as a gift, correct? You can always use Pay Pal. Just transfer the funds to the party you wish to purchase the game for and they can then use the funds via Pay Pal to purchase the game from Origin.
