Question for running BF3 on my HP

Hi everyone!

I want to know if I can run BF3 at the minimum options. My laptop is an HP Probook 4540s

My Specs

Intel Core i3-3110M 2.4GHz

RAM 4GB usable 3,88 GB

Windows 7 Professional(64-bit)

Graphics Intel HD Graphics 4000

Just want to buy the game(i have played it in my PS3 and i love it) for the PC.

    You will need to have a dedicated video-card on your machine. We can't guarantee that BF4 will run on your laptop with your HD4000 onboard GPU.

    Definitely need to stand alone GPU for this game. Also here are the minimum and recommended specs to run BF3:

    Minimum requirements for Battlefield 3
    • OS: Windows Vista or Windows 7
    • Processor: Core 2 Duo 2.4 GHz or Althon X2 2.7 GHz
    • RAM: 2GB
    • Graphic card: DirectX 10 or 11 compatible Nvidia or AMD ATI card, ATI Radeon 3870 or higher, Nvidia GeForce 8800 GT or higher.
    • Graphics card memory: 512 MB
    • Sound card: DirectX compatibl sound card
    • Hard drive: 15 GB for disc version or 10 GB for digital version
    Recommended system requirements for Battlefield 3
    • OS: Windows 7 64-bit
    • Processor: Quad-core Intel or AMD CPU
    • RAM: 4GB
    • Graphics card: DirectX 11 Nvidia or AMD ATI card, Nvidia GeForce GTX 560 or ATI Radeon 6950.
    • Graphics card memory: 1 GB
    • Sound card: DirectX compatibl sound card
    • Hard drive: 15 GB for disc version or 10 GB for digital version

    I picked up BF3 recently and curious if it's worth bothering to try it on my laptop?

    HP ProBook 6555b:

    Phenom II N620 Dual-Core 2.8GHz

    ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200 (DX10) 320MB RAM

    AMD Catalyst 13.1 drivers

    Win7 Pro 64-bit SP-1

    8 GB RAM

    Primary monitor: laptop screen 1366x768

    Secondary monitor: external Dell 24" 1920x1200
