Quick Join puts me in out of region server

Summarize your bug When selecting quick Join - the system puts me into out-of-region servers which results in HIGH PING, getting shot around corners and behind cover. This has been a bug for probably over a year. I stopped using it a long time ago because it was broken but didn't want to change my server search options.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Choose quick join option.
What happens when the bug occurs? WRONG region!
Please select your region North America
In what game mode did the bug occur? Operations
AMD or Nvidia Model Number NA
Enter RAM memory size in GB NA

Have you guys tried using Server Browser instead of Quickmatch?
Quickmatch is known to put you in matches in other Regions, this happens to me as well.
Try using Server Browser, and let me know if you have any luck.
