Razor Nostromo game pad

Ok tried the suggestion of deleting all the key bindings for joystick for aircraft and helicopter and most everything else eventually and still cannot get the game to recognize my Belking Razor Nostromo game pad or assign any keys etc for this device it works great in BF2 Bad Company  but nothing in here. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
