On my battlelog it shows 30 and shows i have 9000 some kills, and then at the bottom it shows like 23000 kills which is what I was at and shows i have 26million plus score. Sadly we cannot handle account issues like your's here on the EA Answer HQ since this is a public forum manned by fellow gamers. A game advisor is the only one who can view your account and tell you what happened. It sounds like you've already spoken with one, but I recommend calling back and you may get one who understands Battlefield better.
