This makes me angry because my other account had been reset by a support chat that didnt explain by deleting my battlelog i would be reset. I am sure i am not the only one who has this problem. On my battlelog it shows 30 and shows i have 9000 some kills, and then at the bottom it shows like 23000 kills which is what I was at and shows i have 26million plus score. Please fix this dice, or you will lose a player. :[ ive been a battlefield player since bad company 2. Thank you. I was told a dice dev would read this for me and that i could send video and pictures of me rank with my name in it through pm.
Sadly we cannot handle account issues like your's here on the EA Answer HQ since this is a public forum manned by fellow gamers. A game advisor is the only one who can view your account and tell you what happened. It sounds like you've already spoken with one, but I recommend calling back and you may get one who understands Battlefield better.
