mahjack: here are the steps. Open Origin. Go to "my games". Right click Battlefield 4 and click "game properties". Under "when launching this game", select "Battlefield 4 x86" instead of "auto" or "Battlefield 4 x64". That should force the game to launch into 32 bits mode. Good luck.
