Re: 5X Gold Battlepacks not showing up in game or battlelog

Log out and back in, they should show up after that or within a few hours.

I purchased 2 of them about 5 hrs ago on ps4 psn logged out downloaded dragon teeth logged in and back out a few times still not showing up?

I logged out and back in a few times, and waiting until today to see if they would show up and still nothing. Hoping someone will fix this soon, or at least give me my money back so I'm not paying for something I can't get.

If you want a refund to your wallet you can go on playstation live chat support to get a refund request until they fix it

I did that but it did not work now sony will not refund the money to re buy it, this is not the first battlepack i got from the psn store but this 5x pack will not show when i log in and out
