We are trying to keep the game alive for Ea but they even don't replying us. We are paying money to rent a server but we don't get any feedback from them.
Even if you don't solve the problem, just try to make an announcement to know whats going on. @ElliotLH Can you please have a look?

@CRINGEFIELD_2O42 TBH: tho i feel and understand the frustration ( i am frustrated with the situation as well ) i dont like the agressive undertone, that comes with this thread. This is a 7 year old game and tho we pay for renting the servers, there is no fokus on this game anymore and that is kinda relatable. i prefer to just give a daily notice on my situations and patiently wait for solutions. sometimes, things take a while

Since there's no news at the moment, it's presumably something Dice are still trying to diagnose and determine another fix for. Thank you!

Hold on, hold on. What should be the tone towards a company that consistently sells its services, demanding a rather high price, but fails to fulfill the agreement? I don't care if it's been a year or 2,3 or 7 years. You sell a service, take responsibility for it. That's how business works among adults. No one here is asking for game development, introducing modern modifications, or adapting it to current hardware levels. No one is asking for anything new. The only thing everyone is asking for here is to honor the agreement. You took the money, so take responsibility for your service.
Its just a question of decency and respect. No matter what

EA is really doing something now, because you can't connect in the game.
At such an unexpected time, there was server maintenance a long time ago...my screenshot, 2023-12-07 14:50 (UTC), PC platform (EU)

Recent restart of BF1 server 10 minutes ago did not solve the problem, some server could be reached but at limit again, all remaining empty EU server getting again errorcode1 ☹️

The error was "fixed" by restarting the servers and guess what after few minutes is back.We had 2 servers running,now none,thanks ea,your employees are great.

When can we expect an update? Just saying you're looking into it AFTER more than a week of players barely being able to play on European servers is distasteful, to say the least..
