this action has been implemented by the users that rent the servers. If certain countries are too far from
the servers, the distance will cause for higher latency on the server. This latency could cause a disadvantage
to other users. To prevent this, administrators limit access to the server based on countries. For you it will say
Japan, for others it will mention the appropriate country.
Without proof that these actions were made because of other reasons, these actions are made to guarantee the
game experience on the servers for the users. Therefore I also removed the server names to avoid a name and
shame.
If you do want to report a server please gather any information you can find as proof and contact a game advisor.
