I noticed the same problem in BF4. I done X number of kills with a weapon, I have the proper Battlereport, but the stat is not refreshing, just after a few round. Sometimes I have to quit from BL and Origin, otherwise the PC saving is not syncronise with the cloud database. Its very anoying, but its only 1 bug from a long list....
Please provide feedback about the result of suggestion!
