On Answers HQ, we're limited in the assistance we can offer and bans or suspensions are one of those cases where we're not able to help much. We can't look into them and we can't lift them. Our Terms of Service exclusively handle those cases and take a look into it for you. Please fill out the webform to send in an appeal to that team if you believe a ban was added by mistake.
