What am I supposed to do when punkbuster support does not provide me a solution?
Punkbuster is outsourcing of Ea games, get money from Ea....
I want one solution for this false positive : VIOLATION(GAMEHACK) 81570
Ea games knows this problem of massive ban?
Of course punkbuster is a third party program, but it should be in EA's interest, that players who were unfairly banned, can play the game they paid for again.
Instead of constantly closing threads about this issue on battlelog or here, I would appreciate, if EA would at least try to make Evenbalance consider false positives in this ban wave and investigate this obviously technical issue properly.
During the last ban wave of false positives, EA officialy talked about "our partners at EvenBalance". That doesn't sound like a relation where EA has no influence about Evenbalances actions.
Pointing us to Evenbalance is useless, because they can't use their support ticket system properly as they just answer with copy-paste-messages.
