Re: Banned Account due to Credit Card Refund

I did contact them and they were unhelpful. They told me they would not do anything. I am posting this here to bring attention to the issue in hopes that EA will work with me to rectify this situation. Is there someone else with whom I can get in direct contact? EA has notoriously bad customer service and unfortunately posting this in a public forum is the only way I see possible to find a solution.
