Please see this page here if you what to appeal your ban: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts . Keep an eye out on your email, spam and junk mail too for an email from the TOS team. They should be emailing you on why you were banned and that email should have all the details that you need.
