I am sorry to hear that. It looks like you have been banned by PBBans.com/Punkbuster.
You have to contact with them. If you want to appeal this ban, you need the click "Appeal This Ban" button in that page.
EA can not fix and review punkbuster bans. Punkbuster is not made by EA. Even Balance(Punkbuster) and the other PB Services&Websites are different companies.
