Re: Battlefield 1 cheating

Guys, thank you for the reply, but none of this is helpful. :D

I was very angry when I wrote this, otherwise I'd have kept my mouth shut, because I was expecting reactions like this.

I'm playing online for a long time now, I can spot a cheater. I can tell the difference between having bad teammates (or being bad myself) or someone using cheats.

This actual situation was so clear that our team almost left the server entirely. At first he was trying to hide it, but after lots of people pointed it out, that he's using cheats, he unleashed the hell.

He was basically a "1 hit - kill" guy, altough probably used aim too. At the end of the round he was like 127/9 or something. And yes, I know that you can achive this without cheats. Forexample, yesterday I did 63/4 using only tanks, so yeah it's possible, my problem was not his stats, but the way he got there.

So yeah, he was a cheater, and there are many. Sadly I know that this thing won't change, but somehow in the rage I thought I could make a difference writing this complaint.

By the way, I know this is not CoD, I know how to play this game. Just this morning I got 18000ish score, and my stats was like 13/7, because I was going for the objectives. Also the medic class was the first that I maxed out to lvl 10. Did 2 medals for this class (Order of Hippocrates, and I don't remember the first one). But I also got other medals as well.

Sooo, I guess I know how to play, but thanks for the heads up!

Edit: And of course I know, that there are lots of reports flying around. And most of it are false, but I sepcifically highlighted that I would ONLY want to receive an email for my report, if EA found it to be true! This is not a big request I think. This way we could know that, "Okay they are caring for us, and our reports are worth something!", instead of "You'll not receive any information wheater your report was true or not!"

Feel free to discuss...

More people have asked for that but they aren't going to do it. Nor disclose what methods they use. What we sometimes do is try to get the whole lobby to report this 1 cheater (when it's really obvious). The more reports the better. What Carbonic said was right, someone first have to cheat in order to be banned. On the other side, apart from FairFight, you do see some progression in other EA titles like in FIFA 17 when you ALT + ENTER or ALT + TAB out of the game while you play a match you are losing the match. It's sad for the people who just want to switch some music or change the volume or whatever but this helps people from switching on their trainers. As always, the good suffer from the bad. It would be nice if that would be implemented for the BF series as well.
