In DxDiag i have found this:

Problem signature:

P1: svchost.exe

P2: 10.0.14393.0

P3: 57899b1c

P4: ntdll.dll

Problem signature:

P1: svchost.exe_DeviceAssociationService

P2: 10.0.14393.0

P3: 57899b1c

P4: KERNELBASE.dll

Thats could be cause of your issues, those two files are related with your OS and account. What I would recommend is to run System File Checker, then Microsoft Readiness Tool. After that reboot your PC and check if there aren't any pending updates to download.

Also you could check if same issue appears on newly created admin account.

@DoubleJD thanks for the reply.

Ive ran SFC with no issues found also everything is up to date with windows update. I will try create another account and test and see if that works.

You have a lot of different crashes for a system that is newly installed. Is your harddrives ok?

You might want to check them using:

chkdsk - http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/guide-to-using-check-disk-in-windows-vista/
