Re: Battlefield 1 incredible low fps without any reason

Hey @FTWDiesel,

Thank you for all the information you have provided.

Please take a look at the Specs for Battlefield 1:

https://www.battlefield.com/games/battlefield-1/tech

First, your CPU doesn't meet the requirements, and Battlefield 1 is a very CPU intensive game and will max it out almost 99.9% of the time.

Some things you can try to reduce the lag:

1. Turn off Origin in-game Overlay in the Origin Launcher and Battlefield 1 Game Properties in Origin

2. Check your Frame Rate Limiter settings in-game, in the Video/Graphics settings, and make sure it's set to 60 or 120, instead of unlimited.

3. If you're using Discord, or Nvidia GeForce Experience, please disable the Overlay on those.

Hope this helps.

Thanks 🙂

Hey, thanks alot for your answer.

My CPU is really okay, because of the skylake technology. I can run all the new games on ultra or very high. And as I said, i used to play BF1 on ultra without a problem when I bought the game.

My Fps are set to the monitor frame rate limit and i am not using any of the overlays.

And also as I said, when i delete the Bf1 folder in documentary, the game works smoothly.
