My CPU is really okay, because of the skylake technology. I can run all the new games on ultra or very high. And as I said, i used to play BF1 on ultra without a problem when I bought the game.
My Fps are set to the monitor frame rate limit and i am not using any of the overlays.
And also as I said, when i delete the Bf1 folder in documentary, the game works smoothly.

Have you tried running Origin and the Battlefield 1 exe in your Program Files as Administrator?
Also, have you tried doing a Clean Boot?
