Re: Battlefield 1 Lag

@SafePeachHi, your bandwidth rarely is a major factor when it comes to a connection, your stability and reliability is much more important.

Have you changed your network? Your new connection may be faster but there may be issues connecting to the server.

If you've changed location you may also want to change the location of the servers you're connecting to.

What system are you on? Do you have the option to play your game from another connection near you?

I haven’t changed network or moved locations, I’m on PlayStation. I feel as though that when the update dropped my game just broke, I haven’t changed anything. Servers all show full bars of connection but when I spawn into the match I have to wait 5-10 seconds before I can actually control my character and then I rubber band until I get killed. Thank you for responding.

Thank you. Can you try playing on another account as a test? It's very rare but sometimes accounts can get in a bad state which can have an effect. Testing with another account (a fresh one or even a friend's if they want to log in on yours) is a good way to test for this.

If it's nothing to do with accounts, you might try checking for local network issues. Power cycle your router and use your console as the only connected online device (ideally wired into your router rather than using Wifi) then check your online performance again.
