Do you have an active XBL Gold membership?
Is your console set as your home XBOX?
Has your account been banned?

Yes i have an active account, and no ive never been banned
Have you power cycled your console or followed the links I´ve given you?

So you took your X1 to a friend´s house and you had the same problems there, is that right?

If nothing works, maybr reinstalling the game might help.
