@FarCrying Hi, did you have any other games on the account? If so, do they show up? 

If not, it sounds like there's an account mixup. Can you try logging in with any different details that you may have used before?

If you have other games and they do show up, can you try checking your filters and clearing your Origin cache?

    Thanks you so much, it worked after deleting the cache in Appdata (Roaming and Local), as the link said.
