Yes, are are right, Battlepacks are delivered once per months. 

14 Battlepacks

  • These Battlepacks are delivered one per month, starting November 1, 2016

    Iim a premium member and last month I got 11 Superior battle packs....I was looking forward today to 14 of them but they have only given me 2 ....I'm upset because I was on the fence about getting the premium pass but then I seen the 14 packs a month each month witch was the selling point for me now this has happened twice....what do I do about this plz help

    Yeah me too. I have not gotten any in 4 months

    Mine sadly wont deliver either 1 per month nor at the same time
