Well only if you got the time and nerve to do it. In doing so you can rule out any interference.
I'd try creating a secondary windows account though and test it there first. It worked for some people.

dont know what the issue is or was, but after a clean install of windows and formatting my games drives bf 1 runs again, but i have to install everything else and see if it stil runs.
for now it worls
Finally someone who took my advice and it worked 🥳.
I'm happy it worked out, my advice is to start installing stuff and test after, eventually you'll find the program causing the issue.
was to soon, the game wont launch again, now i need to uninstall programs 1 by 1 and see what happens
i think i found the program causing this, its called GAMEFIRST, i believe its asus software, didnt have any problems or issues before.
lets hope thats it, i'l keep you posted
I think Asus gamefirst was mentioned before in another thread.
That was also the reason why I said Windows and drivers only, no utilities. Asus armory crate is another one that causes issues.
so far so good, gamefirst is the issue for now, armory crate is installed without issues, continuing the installation and checking after each installation
Interesting some other players reported that armory crate was an issue for them.
wel after the complete installation of my PC it all runs smooth again.
i can install gamefirst, but it cant run togheter with battlefield 1
