- @kolofotias86 It is LOCAL for all users. But as i understand - it happened ater windows update. Solution is - deleting EA App with all its traces, using that Reg Organizer stuff, and installing EA App again. Thats all. I have such troubles in other EA App games too - now all ok - it is proof what my solution is working.
