Hey, thanks for your responses..
I always found it weird that when I press on the BF3 shortcut (which is a shortcut for the BF3 exe in program files it takes me to origin.How do I launch the game direclty from the desktop?

Right click on the desktop shortcut for Origin,
go to properties > compatibility tab > check off run as administrator > apply.
Restart Origin as well your PC and try again and let us know what happens.Also. Try this:
Go to settings in origin, then scroll down,
1) Uncheck use Cloud Storage for all games.
2) Delete settings folder in C:/Users/your name/My documents/Battlefield 3 (you can make a copy to save in case).

I deleted the folder from my documents and added run as administrator but I still get the same error
