First of all, greetings to the management team and valuable players, I have recently encountered a problem that I have not mentioned, after playing for 15 or 20 minutes, the game crashes, the error disappears and the game remains on a black screen.

Do any messages appear, or does the game just crash to the desktop? Also, what have you tried so far to see if you can fix the issue?

There is no error message. I've tried running as administrator etc. to fix the issue. The issue is still the same.
