Well if you purchased the English version, then you would have the option of English. The place you purchased the game from lied to you. Alot of places buy the Russian / Polish version because it is cheaper and they can sell it cheaper or make more money. I am going to go ahead and take a stab in the dark and say you purchased this from G2A? They are notorious for doing stuff like this. Whether you got it from them or another source, you will have to take it up with them.
