Re: Battlefield 3 steam stuck on initializing

I have same problem launching through EA app BF3 stuck on initializing , conntacted support a few times ,yesterday said patch was being released that afternoon ,tried today same issue . Tried to contact support today but chat is unavailable or turned off .I own digital and disck game can't reinstall from disc because Origin is no more.So it looks like they are just giving everyone the middle finger.

Try this:
Please open the attachment that I've included.
Open your file explorer and type in that path name. You will need to delete all of the .dlf files that are in there. They are corrupt. Once you delete the files, exit the EA app and restart the app and this will have fixed the problem.
