Hey man. We are just gamers helping gamers. No contact with EA or Dice. I can try to help though. This is suppose to unlock all the base vehicle and base guns for you. Now that does not include dlc guns . You will not get the M5K, ACW-R, M417, MK3A1, L96, JNG 90, QBU 88, L86A2, L SAT, MG36, M TAR, L85 A2, AUG A3, SCAR L ,QBZ 95B, OR THE SPAZ 12. These come with dlc and have to be unlocked through assignments.

I am not blaming anyone this is where i was directed for an answer, it just seems that the ball is being passed to everyone and nobody takes responsabilities but the take the money real quick. it has been awhile that i paid for something i did not get and nobody is at fault or has a solution. If you look at what the bundle offers it is alot and i got almost nothing maybe unlocked 8 or 9 things so far
Hello chopchop866, unfortunately you were at fault when you bought the Ultimate Shortcut Bundle and thought you would unlock ALL weapons. The description clearly states that you get everything that is included in these Shortcutbundles:
Engineer Shortcut
Recon Shortcut
Assault Shortcut
Support Shortcut
Vehicle Shortcut
Co-op Shortcut
Reading the descriptions of each Shortcut would've saved you, there is a full list of what each includes on it's origin store page.
If you did not receive everything listed here then you need to go ahead and contact EA Support and let them know and see if they can assist.

What if anythiing has been unlocked? Does your soldier on battlelog register the items as locked or unlocked? Were you logged in with your origin account when you installed the shortbut pack?
