I'm havin the same problem, just spoke to an advisor. Apparently it is some kind of server issue of theirs and it will be fixed soon

Having the same Problem, i replay the mission 3 times, but the last dogtag now is missing.
The last Dogtag under the Bridge is now hidden/disappear!!!
Please Fix this, its my last Dogtag to become the related Trophies!

Yep on further inspection the first two are there but do not disappear when collecting them and the last one is just gone.
