@Shion_Michiking That is because the Battlelog emblem creator no longer works.

You can create one on the BF1 companion and it will show up in BF4, Hardline, and BF1. Hope this helps.

And when I entered the companion, there was no button to change the emblem

The problem is solved. After applying the BF1 emblem, you can delete the emblem, access the BF4 battle log and save the emblem.
