I am trying to help you but you're not making any sense. 
So you're having a low ping? That's great. The lower the ping, the better. 

But what are you meaning with 4XP?

It has got "4XP BOOST CURRENTLY ACTIVE!". I've got problem with high ping :'(

But let's try the following to get you back into the game. 

A wired connection is required for this.

1. Take your platform offline and disconnect it from it's power source. 
2. Restart your router.
3. After the restart, restart your platform.
4. Try to connect to a game again.
5. If this didn't solve your problem, write down these ports to forward them:
