i tried it 2 months ago and this  game made by monkeys, still not working and i repaired, reinstalled, and still NOT WORKING THIS GAME

  • Sorry but we can not help you, it is a problem. The only steps we have at the current time are below but except from that there is nothing we can do. 

    Please start a game via BL - battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4

    Or if that does not work,

    To try and help you all EA is aware of this issue and they are working on the fix for you all. Please understand this will take time to get fully fixed. For some people I have sent them to a EA game adviser and it got fixed for them for others they could not fix it for what ever reason. A fix is being worked on for you all but it will take time. 

    If you want to try and get it fixed but it is not a for sure at this time it can be fixed for you...

    Follow the Steps to contacting an EA Game Adviser to fix this :

    1 Click here to go to the EA contact page. http://help.ea.com/en/

    Note: Top left pick your Country :]

    2 Select your game and platform, Then click next.
    3 Select a topic and write about your problem.
    4 Click next and select your preferred contact method.
    5 Ask for a callback if you can as it is fast when I used it.

    We can understand if you guys are upset if you are not able to play the free Battlefield 4 game time. As mentioned before, our team is working on this issue but need to investigate several accounts and entitlements in order to find the root cause for this error message.

    Please keep the following points in mind:

    - If you have played the BF4 game time on a different account in your same household, Origin will block you from playing. This is a security measure to prevent players from creating accounts over and over again just to harm players or violate our ToS.

    - Report your issue to one of our Game Advisor, this will help us to investigate the issue: http://help.ea.com/uk/contact-us/?product=battlefield-4

    - We do not tolerate any use of offensive language no matter from which community member. Violating our forum rules can and will result in temporary or even permanent forum bans. 

    Thanks for your patience and help during our investigation.

    Further violation of our forum rules will make it necessary to close this topic, please stay constructive and keep us updated.

    You are violating our Gamer Rights because your game cant be played 2 months ago and we CANT PROTEST? lol

    How many months u need for fix this bug? 4 moths? 8 months? 3 years?!?!

    Just to re-capture:

    - Our team is working on it.

    - This is an investigation and our team is gathering information.

    - We are not able to help you here in Answer HQ, the right "solution" on AHQ is to contact a Game Advisor. 

    - The solution button helps players to find the right answer, in this case -> get in contact with a Game Advisor.

    - Answer HQ is a board for technical help and not a forum for general complaints. 

    - We can't handle account related issues on Answer HQ as we are a community forum.

  • Gathering information ?

    EA support on links up... they just dont have a time on chat, as they said me.. I get only 15% discount coupon. So they aren!t gathering information from us.

    I wnated buy this Game, but if I cant try how game will works, I just buy nothing. Maybe EA(or DICE) can write on websites news, that BF4 game Time doesnt work.

  • We are highly sorry that you have an issue with Battlefield 4 Game Time, however I regret to inform you at the current time there are no fixes except from contacting Customer Services if it is an account error. If there is an update I am sure the EA team will pass this on to you, however at the minute there is not.

    Why you still send this SAME POST with links on EA support ????

    Your message is here , i dont know, maybe 10x ??? And I think, that people can read.

    I was contact EA support as you write, and NOTHING !! This type of support is only wasting time !! So please, if you want help, send something else... thx.

    It's been over two months since this post and the problem still exists. Maybe you should disable the game time link to BF4 until it works properly. I can't get the time back that I have spent on downloading and trying to fix this problem, but a quick uninstall will get my drive space back....

  • Have the exact same problem, my friend too, but he clicked on the "login as different user" link and he typed his information and it worked for him, tried that but nothing

    I do not like the attitude of some EA "representatives", like yours EA_Bastian. It's 9 months already whereof you know about the problem at least 7 months. Nothing happened so far. The only thing I see is a community "moderator" who's everything else besides a kind guy or helpful. Is this still the EA way to treat customers? But I should've known better after suffering from bugs in BFP4F and BFH for years and nothing ever got fixed. Nice I found out about the ongoing incompetence AFTER downloading 22gb of nonfunctional trash.  I'll pass on BF4 now, knowing there's other dev teams, companies and community moderators that actually care about their customers.

    EA is a troll. I was playing BF3 and was happy until I saw on the server page "you got xxx hours of free BF4 time.

    Downloaded it and it requires activation key.

    WAY TO GO EA. You've been working on this problem since Jan 2015? Still not resolved?
