I did all the things in this reply, and got the command promp to read 0 errors twice, but im still getting lag, what else can i try?

So did you already try repair BF4 and checked for update on BF4 as well? We had to have missed something ... When is the last time you updated your video card driver? Go d/l new beta driver for your video card and do a clean install of it.

What about the video card settings in CCC maybe something changed ?

I just looked at CCC, It does not give me any options for graphics (which is odd, it did before) but i dont understand what that has to do with the lag? could it be an internet problem Ive noticed that my IPvE6 is down, sice that started ive been having trouble with most internet things. Could that be the problem?
Well when video card settings are out to lunch it will give issues in game.As well as if your Internet is acting up yes it will give you issues as well. I am not liking CCC is not giving you options for graphics :/ You need to deal with this by going to get new or beta driver for your video card. Get that fixed Also do a clean install of the video card driver. If your net is acting up I think it has to do with net and video card driver issue.
