@OttoVP i am admin so no problem and if i forcefully set resolution through config file and manually enter resolution game hangs i mean i cant do anything

- @hardcore_gamer99 are you forcing a certain refresh rate/fps rate? does your monitor support that resolution? is the game running at some resolution or just a basic 640x480? any chance you're setting parameters in a wrong format? can you copy/paste here your config file and your hw configuration?
i suggest you to update your gpu drivers and monitor drivers as a first step then try to repair bf4 installation via origin and try to run the game at basic/low settings then increasing to the desired resolution
