im sorry but Port Settings aren't the issue seeing all was working fine and dandy for over 6months without forwarding anything , and yes i cleared the xbox cache and reset the router , which i stated in a previous post from 2 weekends ago with no change when i did the steps , though this weekend the detection of servers was 50/ 50 . my point is this its not that i need to port forward to get the game to work because it was working fine without it for 6+ MONTHS without donig that . while i can connect no issue to your competitors titles which one is very server reliant "destiny" , my point is that when your beta TESTS for other IPs are ruining the performance of older titles suffers for some reason. i can connect to origin on my pc fine , connect to SW BF servers no issue , but my xbox has recently developed a issue during a BETA test weekend for other EA titles ?? after working for 6+ months ?? and BTW Customers support should be there 24/7 most of your base plays during weekends , hell you close shop during the week before people can get home from there own occupations thats neither here or there . so tell me why would i need to change ports after months of it working ?? you cant cuz thats not the issue . fix your connection to Xbox live or what ever the server side issue is .
im mean i can go from nothing in the browser or quckplay jump into the target range and back and magically there is a connection to the server browsers and the quick play functions , it will pull up my battlelog stats, i can play games then back out for some reason then loose seeing the servers ?? so that to me sounds like something else to me

I agree with you 200% I have been on the phone with EA tech support regarding this issue at least 6 times over the last 2-3 weeks and still no solution I have sent in screenshots ping stats and everything you can imagine, and all they can tell me is they are working on it but do not know what the problem is...
At first they kept trying to tell me it was on my end, to which I could only send them all the information and ask them, "then why are all of my online friends having the exact same problem?" it is on their end and they know it, So either they just do not care as they are too busy launching BF1, or they have moved most of the mainframe servers to use for BF1 or they just do not care I myself have just about had it.. Most if not all my friends at this point have said they will never buy another EA game...
when the stats will not load none of the servers will show up. not even my server I paid for... NO SERVERS NO PLAY- NO MORE EA GAME PURCHASES.
Valguard we come here cuz getting thru to support isnt convenient to the masses , its the only GAME DEV CS ive dealt with that closes at 5pm where you have no options to submit a ticket at any time you need i shouldn't have to try to find time to wait during the day to deal with a game issue . . are only recourse is this forum . but when i see the same PORT forwarding BS line for every EA title where no other publisher and developer uses . why is that . its to push the issue back on the customer rather than admit there is another issue . the issue is that it worked great without it i realize right now there is a major server issue all across EA Titles .
but can you answer me truthfully that if my game worked before with out port forwarding then why is that a solution?? SERIOUSLY ??
